Three members of our team have passed their initial probationary period
Three members of our team passed their initial probationary period in January.
Kerry Anderson, Emily Glaves and Tina John have all progressed to become fully fledged care assistants or live-in care assistants.
One of our Fenland team, Kerry told us:
“I am very proud of how far I have come during my probation period”
Emily Glaves has become a care assistant for our Wisbech and Fenland team and told us:
“I feel becoming a carer has made me a better person. It has taught me to be more patient and has helped me to develop my confidence”
Tina John is now a live-in care assistant in Ely.
