Five of our staff have celebrated work anniversaries in October.
Congratulations to Sarah, Tina, Harriet, Claire and Sam for achieving work anniversaries. We're dedicated to our staff and are delighted for their commitment to #TeamNFKW!

Sarah Pickwell – 5-year anniversary
Firstly, our Team & Customer Liaison Manager, Sarah Pickwell has celebrated her 5-year anniversary with us.
Sarah started her career with us as a Care Assistant and has continually embraced our mentoring programme, which has resulted in her progressing through multiple roles and given her an immense knowledge of our company. Sarah is such a valued member of our Bluebird Care family, we are immensely proud of her and we are excited for her next project of launching our new service Bluebird Care Assist.

Tina Thurstance (Wisbech and Fenland Team) – 2-year anniversary
Since joining us two years ago, Tina has become a care mentor in her time with us and has built up a fantastic rapport with our customers.
Well done Tina!
Harriet Sibson and Claire Shirley (Fenland Team) – 1-year anniversaries
Harriet and Claire both celebrated their first-year anniversaries with Bluebird Care in October.
Harriet has excelled during her time with us, starting her career in care as a care assistant and moving through to a care mentor position. Harriet is now under way with her career and in training for a care supervisor role. Just another one of our success stories here at our Bluebird Care family!
Claire Shirley has also done well in her first year providing care at home to our customers in the Fenland area.
Claire told us:

Sam Simpson – 1-year anniversary
Our Customer Care Manager, Sam Simpson has reached her first year anniversary with us!!
We are immensely proud of Sam and what she has achieved in her 12 months with us. Sam has taken on her role with much commitment and professionalism, she has been mentored and has continued to grab the opportunity of career development.
She told us:
“I am very happy to be part of the brilliant team, and given the opportunity to progress further”
Carolyn Dailey, our Principal Director said: “Sam is just one of many of our success stories here at #TeamNFKW and evidence that when you have a team member who has the ‘will’ we will teach you the ‘skill’ and give you the career!
