Congratulations Sue!

Well done to Sue L, a Care Assistant with us here at Bluebird Care Medway, who has completed her BTech and Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care qualification recently.

Well done to Sue L, a care assistant with us here at Bluebird Care Medway, who has completed her BTech and Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care qualification recently.

On 22^nd April Sue undertook her final presentation in our training room in front of her assessor and our care coordinator Sharon Snoswell and our care assistant supervisor Sharon Knight. Her presentation was about the “Medway End of Life Pathway”.

Sue’s course took place over 12 months, with all course work undertaken in her own time. We provided monthly meetings in our training room to support her progress.

Commenting on the qualification, Sue said:
 

As part of the ongoing support we provide for our care assistants to further their own careers we enable them to undertake NVQ / Diploma qualifications in Health and Social Care. Several of our team members are undertaking their level 2 and level 3 qualifications presently.
