Well Done to Charmaine for her contribution to a dementia friendly society.
A very well done to our Director and Dementia Champion, Charmaine, for creating 1,283 Dementia Champions over 14 sessions held in Medway to raise awareness of dementia in our communities. Pictured below is the official certificate of thanks from The Alzheimers Society.
