Bluebird Care Liverpool receive their latest CQC Report

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in October 2016.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in October 2016.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on 11th and 12th of October and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers and staff members. Here are a selection of some of the comments made:

Customer comments:
 
The staff are very good; they know what they're doing. I feel safe when they help me. They are the best staff I have had.”
Staff who visit here are very good, I only have to ask them to do something and it's done.”
They're all very caring and I like them all, they are really lovely.”

They communicate with me all the time. I have no complaints at all.”
The registered manager is very approachable, they always have time. If you have a problem she will sort it out.”
The manager is so supportive we work so well as a team, it's a great place to work.”
