Our First CQC Inspection

On 23 April the Care Quality Commission (CQC) visited our office unannounced and carried out our first inspection.
As part of the inspection, the CQC contacted a number of our customers to ask them about the standards of care we are delivering.
We were delighted to hear that the responses were overwhelmingly positive, and that in all cases our customers are pleased with the service we provide.
This is a reflection of the dedication and skill of our excellent team of care staff, and a strong motivation to continue to deliver the highest standards of care.
