I started working in the care industry nearly 20 years ago. I have family members who needed care, so it was a natural career path choice.

I am passionate about using my experience and knowledge to support our staff team to develop professionally. ensuring we all provide the highest quality of person centered care.

I love to meet our new and existing customers, support them to remain independent in their own homes and listen to them. Everyone I meet has an interesting story of their life.  It's one of my favourite parts of the job!
