Meet the team

Bella, our Chief Happiness Officer, spends a couple of days in the office each week. She is a Cockapoo and resides with our directors, Onker and Jas, and marketing Executive Saran. Bella's main role is to bring joy to the workplace. While our Care Assistants focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, Bella's task is to keep our team happy. Although she is not officially on the payroll, you can always spot her in the office seeking treats and attention.

All our Carers are directly employed by us at Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire; we are responsible for all their professional training and development.
