Our team at Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire takes great care in ensuring our staff are not only highly trained, but also empathetic and compassionate. We understand that our service users often require not only physical care, but emotional support as well. That's why we make sure our staff are approachable and friendly, so that our service users feel comfortable and at ease when receiving care.

Bella

Chief Happiness Officer of Bluebird Care Inverclyde & Renfrewshire

Bella, our Chief Happiness Officer, spends a couple of days in the office each week. She is a Cockapoo and resides with our directors, Onker and Jas, and marketing Executive Saran. Bella's main role is to bring joy to the workplace. While our Care Assistants focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, Bella's task is to keep our team happy. Although she is not officially on the payroll, you can always spot her in the office seeking treats and attention.
