Alvin has over 15 years managerial experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for the overall running of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company.
Alvin is passionate about contributing to the local community and resolute about revolutionising the culture of care in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
In 2010, I had an epiphany to start a business powered by work that was meaningful and important to me. That foresight gave birth to Bluebird Care (Hillingdon) which is due to open its doors in April 2012.
I not only enjoy my job… I love my job! I get great satisfaction from hearing how grateful our customers and their families are when we care for them and how happy our customers are when we walk into their homes
Inspired by her mother who remained in the care industry for many years, Laura joined the team in January 2013 initially as a Care Assistant, then Care Manager for many years before taking on the role of Operations Manager.
As Operations Manager she is responsible for the effective and daily governing of the company - ensuring that a credible service is being provided at all times and to CQC's quality assurance compliance framework.
I love the challenges of the role… I love knowing that for even 30 minutes of the day, we could be there to make it a bit easier
I started with Bluebird Care in July 2012 two weeks after the company started. I have watched the company grow and have grown with it. I started as a care worker and then 3 years later was promoted to Field Care Supervisor. I have more recently been promoted to Care Manager. I am very proud of this achievement and am looking forward to the challenges that this new role will bring. Supporting our customers and our carers is my main focus in a job that I still find just as interesting and engaging as I did when I first started here.
I started working for Bluebird Care in 2014. I was promoted to supervisor and then later to Care Manager. I have loved my journey so far and look forward to continue to gain great satisfaction from such a rewarding role.
My name is Tracey Naughton and I am the Care Coordinator for Hillingdon. I joined Bluebird Care in October 2014 as a care worker. I loved every aspect of the job role with helping our customers daily, putting a smile on their faces is priceless! I was promoted to the role of Care Coordinator in September 2019. I get great satisfaction knowing that we deliver excellent care every day for our customers.
Hi, my names is Karen Kettle and I have worked in the care industry for the last 5 years. I started working with Bluebird care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough then moved on to a care home in Gerrards Cross.
Finally I returned to Bluebird Care Northwood and Ruislip, not in a Caring role but as an administrator.
