Alvin Osei-Tutu

Owner

Alvin has over 15 years managerial experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for the overall running of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company. 

Alvin is passionate about contributing to the local community and resolute about revolutionising the culture of care in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

In 2010, I had an epiphany to start a business powered by work that was meaningful and important to me. That foresight gave birth to Bluebird Care (Hillingdon) which is due to open its doors in April 2012.

Laura Williams

Operations Manager

I not only enjoy my job… I love my job! I get great satisfaction from hearing how grateful our customers and their families are when we care for them and how happy our customers are when we walk into their homes

Inspired by her mother who remained in the care industry for many years, Laura joined the team in January 2013 initially as a Care Assistant, then Care Manager for many years before taking on the role of Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager she is responsible for the effective and daily governing of the company - ensuring that a credible service is being provided at all times and to CQC's quality assurance compliance framework.

Lauren Carpenter

Customer Experience Advisor

I have a passion for helping others. Being the first port of contact as the Customer Experience Advisor for Bluebird Care is the most rewarding job, knowing that I am able to offer support and guidance to the public when they are unsure what steps to take when requiring care.

Penny Blake

Field Care Supervisor

I joined Bluebird Care in 2015 after witnessing them provide excellent palliative care for my mother. After completing my NVQ Level 2 I was promoted to part time Supervisor and have recently joined the office team as a full time Field Care Supervisor. I have a cheery disposition as well as a true understanding of being in receipt of care and therefore aim to accommodate our customers wishes to the best of my ability.

 

Tracey Naughton

Care Coordinator

My name is Tracey Naughton and I am the Care Coordinator for Hillingdon. I joined Bluebird Care in October 2014 as a care worker. I loved every aspect of the job role with helping our customers daily, putting a smile on their faces is priceless! I was promoted to the role of Care Coordinator in September 2019. I get great satisfaction knowing that we deliver excellent care every day for our customers.

 

Qianqian Wang (Madge)

Registered Manager

I joined Bluebird Care in Northwood and Ruislip as The Care Manager in May 2017. I have always been involved in the caring profession. I have high standards and promote a high standard of quality and care within my office and care staff.
