Meet the team
Alvin has over 15 years managerial experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for the overall running of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company.
Alvin is passionate about contributing to the local community and resolute about revolutionising the culture of care in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
In 2010, I had an epiphany to start a business powered by work that was meaningful and important to me. That foresight gave birth to Bluebird Care (Hillingdon) which is due to open its doors in April 2012.
I not only enjoy my job… I love my job! I get great satisfaction from hearing how grateful our customers and their families are when we care for them and how happy our customers are when we walk into their homes
Inspired by her mother who remained in the care industry for many years, Laura joined the team in January 2013 initially as a Care Assistant, then Care Manager for many years before taking on the role of Operations Manager.
As Operations Manager she is responsible for the effective and daily governing of the company - ensuring that a credible service is being provided at all times and to CQC's quality assurance compliance framework.
My name is Tracey Naughton and I am the Care Coordinator for Hillingdon. I joined Bluebird Care in October 2014 as a care worker. I loved every aspect of the job role with helping our customers daily, putting a smile on their faces is priceless! I was promoted to the role of Care Coordinator in September 2019. I get great satisfaction knowing that we deliver excellent care every day for our customers.
I love making a difference in other people’s lives. I know what I do helps them to stay living independently in their own homes and my customers love to see me walking in the door.
I have been working within the finance sector for over 17 years, I appreciate how import money is. I love the fact that my job involves dealing with people direct and ensuring that our customers are happy from start to finish.
Working at Bluebird Care has ignited my career as I feel, I am now within an important industry which helps people and really makes a difference to people lives. My aim is to make sure our finance department continues to perform at a high standard.
I have been working in the care industry for about 8 years, I started my career as a healthcare assistant at Wexham park hospital on the maternity wards, I then worked as a community carer for a year before I was offered the opportunity to apply for a promotion as a workforce development officer. As I was successful with this I continued in this role for several years & completed my level 3 in training & education along with several other qualifications. I am now enjoying being part of the Bluebird care team as an in-house trainer, having met & trained several staff I am looking forward to continuing to help build the knowledge of existing staff while supporting their existing skills, and also training new members of the team.
