Soheila Amin

Director

Bluebird Care (Hammersmith and Fulham) is owned and managed by Director Miss Soheila Amin.  Soheila has a strong academic and professional background in project management of both the UK and international projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Soheila has always been involved in a number of community and volunteering projects and her passion for working within the local community has meant that Soheila has a head for business and a heart for care.

Soheila believes care needs to be customer centred, to enhance and improve their independence and standard of life at home. Bluebird Care is a choice for customers in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham that are looking for a professional and honest approach to providing care to people in the community.

Soheila looks forward to receiving your call and working with you or your loved ones to remain safe and independent at home.

Zoe Gencheva

Registered Care Manager

Health Social Care and Mental Health graduate, Zoe has been working in the Healthcare sector for nearly 10 years. Has developed interpersonal and customer service skills through her employment experience and has acquired excellent communication abilities through college education. Extensive experience with Mental Health, Elderly and LD and acquired in depth experience with compliance, safeguarding and investigating incidents and accidents.

Zoe has been working in the Healthcare sector for nearly 10 years. Zoe has been working with Bluebird Care since Jan 2017, starting as a care coordinator and achieved a senior coordinator role.

In June 2019, Zoe was appointed as Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham's new Clinical & Specialist Training Officer.

In September 2021, Zoe was appointed as the new Registered Care Manager. 

I’m extremely grateful for being given the opportunity to work in a respected and nationwide organisation such as Bluebird care. I can say that I love and enjoy working with Bluebird H&F, the office team and the carers are big professionals and capable individuals who are benefitting towards the provision of high standard of care for our customers

Kirra Ahmed

Care Coordinator

I recently joined Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham as their new Care Coordinator. My role includes taking care of the customer’s preferences and care needs. I also liaise with the Lead Care Coordinator to make sure the newly recruited care assistants have the right skills mix to meet the needs of the business. 

Previously, I was with Nationwide Care Services as their Care Coordinator.

I have a strong understanding of the care industry and enjoy taking on new challenges.  

Misti Tom

Recruitment & Training Manager

I am delighted to be part of the Bluebird Care team Hammersmith and Fulham as the Training and Recruitment Manager.

I have worked in Health and Social care for over 10 years and have loved every minute. I have covered roles such as Caregiver, Field Supervisor, Care Co-ordinate and Care manager. I have delivered City and Guilds Dementia training to carers, clients and their families and I have also worked very closely with people living with Dementia, gaining great knowledge, understanding and skills for supporting people living with Dementia.

I am still on my journey in Health and Social care delivering outstanding training and recruitment processes at Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham.

Eli Mehr

Financial Administrator

Eli is an Accountancy and Business graduate with strong persuasive customer service skills and remarkable eye for detail.

In 2005, Eli Finished her degree at North London University. She then started her career as a finance administrator in two other companies. Her responsibility covers a wide range from basic bookkeeping to providing information to assist the accountant and managing director. She is producing financial reports regularly to enable the company to monitor its financial business conducts.

At the base level, she is responsible for all day-to-day transactional accounting for the business. Her area also encompasses the credit and collections policies for the company’s customers, to ensure the organization is paid on time, and that there is a payment policy for the company’s suppliers.

Since joining Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham as finance administrator in 2018, Eli has co-operated with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer services whilst handling customers effectively by identifying needs, approaching complex situations and resolving concerns to maximise efficiency.

Eli said, "I am responsible to process the financial transactions of our customers. I am very passionate about my job and grateful for being given the opportunity to be part of the strong and friendly team. It’s a pleasure working for Bluebird Care Hammersmith & Fulham."
