Sam Saves the Day

Recognition to our Care Assistant Samantha.

During a very busy Friday in the office when there were only 2 office staff, of which one was out giving care, meeting OT and doing assessments in addition with 2 carers going of sick for the weekend the Office staff were under immense pressure. Sam came in and washed up, made coffee and helped with calling customers, in her own free time. Sam also swapped her weekend off to help. Sam continues to show dedication to her job role and will help in any way she can. Recently we have had a customer who experienced a very traumatic event, Sam visited her in her own free time, to ensure her well-being and offer some much-needed comfort, reassure and love. Thank you, Sam.
