Congratulations Debra!

Here at Bluebird Care Essex West we invest in career progression, as we believe it is important for our staff to be rewarded for their outstanding skills and abilities. We are proud to announce that our Care Assistant Debra Clark has moved along her career pathway and progressed to the role of Senior Care Assistant.

Debbie Joined our team in May of this year, since joing our team Debbie's skills, abilities and passion have been evident for all to see. Debbie is able to apply her 20 years of experience as a care assistant to a range of situations. She shows; an ability to care for complexed physical and mental needs, communicate effectively with other care assistants and office personnel, as well as work well within a team.
It is because of Debbie's excellent skills and ability to work within a team that she has progressed to the Senior Care Assistant position. We are so proud of Debra and the excellent progression she has made!
