Domiciliary Care is also known as ‘home care.’ This care supports you in keeping you safe, comfortable, and independent in your own home.

Home care provides the extra support you may need to keep you where you want to be – at home. Domiciliary care services can provide a helping hand with things like household chores, personal care or even companionship.

Our flexible domiciliary care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care. We have a dedicated team of home care assistants who are fully trained to help with the following types of care:

• Helping start the day; This is anything from getting up, washed, dressed, and having breakfast.
• Medication support: Our team can remind and assist you in taking medicine as week as collecting or returning any medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery.
• Mealtimes: The team can prepare meals with you or assist you at mealtimes.
• Outings: Our team can collect your pension with you or for you, shop with you or help you go to the shops, plus helping you back and putting it all away.
• Household chores; helping with the laundry, ironing, and keeping the home clean and tidy.
• Social outings: support with any social activities such as going for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting family or friends, going to your local church or club.
• Personal care: Organising bathing, clean clothes, fresh bedding and preparing a meal before bedtime.
• At the end of the day, some help with getting ready for bed.
