Thank you to Bluebird Care Epping & Harlow’s Connie Gray for her exceptional care since October 2015. Connie joined us after working in a residential home, in which she has great experience but was looking for a new challenge.  

Thank you to Bluebird Care Epping & Harlow’s Connie Gray for her exceptional care since October 2015. Connie joined us after working in a residential home, in which she has great experience but was looking for a new challenge.

Since joining 9 months ago Connie has grown into a reliable and professional member of the team. She has also built up great rapport with all of her customers and co-workers, making her a valuable asset to the care assistant team.

Recently, Connie showed great initiative and care when one of her customers had an issue with her insulin medication. Connie took the initiative to liaise with other health services to resolve the issue quickly and effectively which prevented the customer from being admitted into hospital. Due to her quick response this enabled our customer to remain at home safely. It is also a great example of how a care assistant can put Bluebird Care Epping & Harlow’s values into practice and provide a personal and professional service.
