Our first Annual Bluebird Care Awards Ceremony

Calling all our Bluebird Care Staff....
Bluebird Care Awards is to celebrate our incredible care teams and the work that they do every single day..
Nominations are open to all our care team members from across all our offices, it is our aim to enable as many of you to attend our Awards Ceremony Event as possible, who knows, it may be you that win an award! So please get involved, nominate and dust down your Sunday bests!
We have FIVE categories open for entry;
- Care Assistant of the Year
- Live in Care of The Year
- Registered Manager of the Year (Only one winner across all offices)
- Team Member of the Year
- Unsung Hero
We will be shortlisting two people in each category and ALL eight will be invited to the awards ceremony, if not already attending, at the Millennium Suite, Chelmsford. All shortlisted nominees will have their profiles and stories used across our websites, social media, and internal newsletters
Entering is simple, we need:
- The name of the person making the nomination
- The name of the nominee
- Their job role.
- Which office do they work for.
- And in no more than 250 words, and using examples tell us ‘Why do you believe they should win the award.
Terms & Conditions
- Nominee must currently be in employment with Bluebird Care and have been for more than 12 months
- By entering the awards, entrants are agreeing that all information submitted by them is true, current, and complete. They have also sought such permission from the person that they are nominating.
- Any nominees must have no disciplinaries against them up to and including the date of the awards otherwise, they cannot be considered.
- By submitting an entry, you are agreeing that any words and subsequent images and/or video can be used in the press, in print, online, and on social media for the 2023 awards and to help promote any awards in the future.
The entry should contain at least one example of something great the nominee has done in the past 12 months. The deadline for entry is Friday 20th January 2023, all entries will be passed to a panel of judges to choose their shortlist.
