For example, Lucy has been working with six of the Bluebird Care offices to develop successful Live-in care businesses, providing the foundations for professional home care, regardless of need or diagnosis, and nurturing an effective structure and approach for team members to follow day-to-day.

Following the establishment of their numerous Live-in care businesses, she has empowered and delegated this service to a member of the team who was looking to progress in their career.
