Congratulations to Esi Jiagge who has been chosen as our care assistant of the month for August 2016.

Esi has been chosen as this month’s ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ due to her hard work and dedication with one of her customers, Mr. H.

Esi has had a major impact on this customers quality of life, transforming him from staying at home to going out and enjoying himself in the local community, as well as creating a more varied diet and general improved wellbeing. Esi has received praise from the family, who have also noticed this transformation.

The care assistant of the month award is a chance for members of the team to be acknowledged for their hard work and commitment. The award also recognises any efforts where a care assistant has gone above and beyond their role.
