Meet the team

Jonathan’s family have worked in the social care sector for nearly 40 years. Prior to Bluebird Care, Jonathan spent most of his career in account management servicing large multinationals within the IT and Telecoms sector. Vanessa is a trained therapist with 15 years of experience in providing health and beauty treatments and managing key accounts. Together they share a passion for quality and for ‘getting things right’ for their customers. Their winning formula has been to care for their customers by caring for their team. Recruiting and retaining the very best people, who possess the gifts of kindness, compassion and selflessness, has been the bedrock of their service.

Kayley has worked for Bluebird Care for since 2015, starting as a Care Coordinator and progressing to her current role as Registered Manager.

The team she leads is her greatest advocate and this is what they say about her - she’s experienced, decisive, supportive, relaxed and positive, a real peoples person. Those are great attributes for the role of registered manager, and they are underpinned by her determination to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Kayley has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the service and that it is compliant with the rigorous industry compliance standards.  

Rhiann had over three years of experience in social care when she joined us in Jan 2022 as a Care Assistant. We quickly noticed her professional and polished approach to all aspects of her role, and she was promoted to her current role soon after joining us. Rhiann combines excellent administrative skills with her passion for being out in the community with her team and her customers. Rhiann spends approximately 50% of her time out in the community carrying out assessment visits for new customers who are thinking about joining our service, as well as carrying out care plan reviews for existing customers, and supporting our care team.  

Sam is one of our Care Supervisors having moved with care worker experience and now works to support both the care teams and Care Supervisors. 

Debi is our Marketing Coordinator and brings many years of experience from the advertising, direct marketing and communications industry to continually keep our presence and marketing fresh and relevant. 

Jackie is our Bookkeeper and brings 30 years of experience to Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede. Joining us in 2016 Jackie is a great support for the team and brings great empathy and a passion for people.
