Accolades to our Care Manager of the year 2022, Kayley Ginn

Kayley started her career with Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede as a Care Coordinator in 2015. It was several years later while she was helping us with the process of recruiting a new care manager that we started to appreciate her potential, and the rest as they say is history. 

Kayley is now care manager across our two Bluebird Care franchises and is thriving in her new role. With 14 years of experience working in homecare, 12 as a care coordinator, Kayley’s knowledge of the sector is immense. Combined with her natural leadership abilities, Kayley is quick to relate to people easily and see their potential. 

As such Kayley has been able to quickly build and inspire the teams, to identify problems early and tackle them head on until they are resolved. All attributes so important in Homecare.  

People may say that she has eyes in the back of her head, but in reality, Kayley trusts those around her implicitly taking time to apply her experience, professionalism and knowledge to deliver the greatest outcomes for the business.  

What a privilege it is to have Kayley leading our teams. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and we know there is great potential for our future together.  Thank you Kayley, we are so grateful for you.
