Long Service Awards

Celebrating some Long Service Awards with our OUTSTANDING Care Team

We are so fortunate at Bluebird Care to work with a great team of dedicated care staff.  They show they dedication to the people they support on a daily basis. 

Vanessa and Wendy are celebrating their 1 year milestone and we are sure they will be with us for many more years to come.  Wendy is enjoying it that much, and has shown her strengths and has recently been promoted to a Senior Carer.  Wendy supports new team members and supports with compliance checks.  Vanessa enjoys visiting her regular customers ensuring they have excellent continuity of care.

Justine has been awarded her 3 year Long Service Award which she is deligthed with.  We have been able to support and be flexible with Justine's working hours as she has to take into consideration her son being at school and together we have managed to create a workable rota.  Justine enjoys having new carers shadowing her and gives them the confidence to become one of our team.

We are very proud of Vanessa, Wendy and Justine's achievements, WELL DONE ladies!
