Going above and beyond for our customers at Bluebird Care Cheshire West & Chester!

Simon Robinson, Director of Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Chester and Flintshire, would like to say a big thank you to our Lorraine and Pauline for going above and beyond.

A lady that Bluebird currently care for, unfortunately had a fall at home and was taken into hospital. As the lady has little family support, both Lorraine and Pauline went to visit her. They took her a card and chocolates then took her clothes home to clean so she had them to wear in hospital, making her feel much more comfortable.

The lady was most grateful and said the standard of Bluebird Care was exemplary.  Simon is most proud of his team who always have the customers best interests at heart.
