We often get asked what exactly is domiciliary care?  In the UK care guide the terminology is determined as “term used to describe at home care”.  But we believe it’s more care and support that suits perfectly what we deliver for our customers.
Home support doesn’t have any fixed parameters when it comes to what BlueBird Care offer.  We always seek to support more than your physical needs  - we aim to provide support to enrich your life and give you the fulfilment that you deserve.  And each team member is matched based on interests and likes to our customers.

For instance, did you know if you have a pet – we match your support workers to your pet too.  We understand that pets are important family members and so someone supporting you should also have an interest.
Maybe you have an interest such as knitting or bowls, then again we aim to take this into consideration – at Christmas recently one of our workers took her customers to their bowls Christmas party – whereas another team member regularly takes her customer to a local knitting shop. These are just a few examples of what we believe the true definition of domiciliary care is for BlueBird.

We are recruiting now in the local area – so if you think you could make a difference why not call us now on 01525 713389
