Our newly-created staffroom got a makeover when Deputy Care Manager Katy Cresswell spent three days turning it into a staff “Wall of Thanks and Achievement” to celebrate staff success.
Our newly-created staffroom got a makeover when Deputy Care Manager Katy Cresswell spent three days turning it into a staff “Wall of Thanks and Achievement” to celebrate staff success.It features Care Assistant of the Month winners, successful course participants, customer comments, fund-raising and other staff awards, including a gruelling fund-raising trek up Ben Nevis. Staff completing five years’ service will also be added.
Katy said:
The reaction has been good - mainly comments of ‘Wow’! It’s lovely to be able to show staff how much we value their commitment and willingness to truly care and go the extra mile.”
