We have enjoyed a long and successful relationship with our partners at the various Local Authorities and Health Care Providers, and recently received some glowing feedback from an Occupational Therapist who labelled us “Responsive, Helpful and Supportive” after we played an important part in the safe discharge from hospital of a client with particularly complex needs and who is unfortunately nearing the end of his life.

The OT, who is based at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough, was keen to congratulate our wider support team as a whole, and wished to record her thanks publicly in response to our overall contribution to fulfilling this gentleman’s wishes and helping make his discharge possible.

We currently work closely with Clinical Commissioning Groups in various different areas such as Hillingdon, East Berkshire, Slough and Chilterns, also Bucks County Council and several independent brokers and funders.  Rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, and constantly striving to stay at the top of the list of local providers, we are well placed to continue receiving five star reviews for many years to come.  You can read our reviews in full by clicking the link on the home page.
