Birthday trip to the top of Ben Nevis!

Three of our office staff decided to climb Ben Nevis, to celebrate the birthday of Erno Horvath in an energetic fashion! Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the British Isles. Standing at 1,345 metres above sea level, it is at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands, close to the town of Fort William.

So, Marita Bana from our Finance team and our Operations Director Cindy Inglis, joined Erno, our Office Administrator on Saturday July 21st for the adventure. Setting off before 10am after a hearty breakfast at the visitor centre at the foot of the mountain, they began their steady ascent up the mountain, all successfully reaching the summit a few hours later. As you can see from the photographs, they were proudly displaying the Bluebird Care logo and, as a welcome relief from the recent hot weather, they also took the time to have a snowball fight before heading back down for a welcome drink and an enjoyable dinner in celebration.

Well done to our 3 mountaineers, a great effort by all, and Happy Birthday to Erno from the Bluebird Care team!
