In January 2023, we introduced our brand new 'Peer Mentor' programme, selecting some of our most experienced Care Experts to progress in their own Careers in Care, as well as supporting those new Bluebirds just starting their journey with Bluebird Care Bromsgrove & Redditch.
Becoming a Care Expert requires a lot of passion and commitment. Our Peer Mentors are more than aware of this, having completed this journey themselves, This gives them the unique insight in how to best support our new starters, offering guidance along the way.
It also demonstrates that there is absolutely a Career possible in the Care Sector - and what a fulfilling and rewarding career it is!
