What happens next?
- Once you have enquired, our friendly and experienced Lead Care Supervisor Katy, or Registered Manager Sam, will visit you in your home to discuss all of your requirements to create a bespoke care package for yourself or your loved one.
- Jo, our Care Co-ordinator, will then book in your visits and allocate your regular Care Assistants. We always endeavour to maintain continuity and keep you with the same team of Care Assistants.
- Once your care package has been created, Katy or Sam will carry out a 'Meet & Greet' visit to introduce you to your Care Assitant. All of this process is overseen by our Registered Care Manager, Sam, who has been with Bluebird Care Bromsgrove & Redditch since 2014.
- Once your care has begun, we will regularly review your care package, ensuring it is always meeting any changing needs.
How will my Care Assistants help me?
Your Care Assistants will visit at the allocated times and can provide care from housekeeping to personal care with medication administration, and even take you out and about to access the community with visit accompaniments. They can help you with meal preparation, and keep you company with our companionship calls. Our carers love to learn more about you and listen to your stories.
If you are looking after a loved one and need a little time for yourself, we can also help with this and offer you respite calls.
