Another well done to Maria for onboarding as our newest Peer Mentor!
Maria has had a very triumphant month here at Bluebird Care Bromsgrove and Redditch. Along with being our Carer of the Month, she will also be joining our team of Peer Mentors supporting new staff and providing guidence during the probationary period.
