You're a GEM!

Every quarter, a member of the senior office team is awarded the GEM award. This is an award for 'Going the extra mile'. It's a great, fun way to recognise and reward someone's hard work over the past 3 months.

This quarter, it was our Deputy Manager, Sam, who received the GEM award! Over the past 3 months (but not limited to) she has worked with great enthusiasm and initiative to always look for ways to improve the quality of care we provide.

This included creating personalised and accessible forms of communication for the team, and implementing a new mentor programme to further support new members of staff.

The mentor programme Sam has introduced, has also provided new and exciting prospects for our current Care Assistants, and has added to our career progression within the team.
