How can I thank you all enough! Some people say that 13 is an unlucky number but Tuesday 13th August 2019  certainly turned out to be a lucky day for us! That’s the day that my mum started to receive care from your amazing team.

Every single aspect of your care is top notch! Your team in the office have supported us brilliantly in quickly obtaining help with equipment for mum from occupational therapists. You are always on hand at the other end of the phone with your help and advice in a friendly, down to earth but very professional manner.

The ladies, and gentleman who visit mum have obviously been chosen with great care as they are all so lovely, friendly, patient and attentive.

The organisation of the care agency and communication with us again is first class. Mum is so grateful to receive details of her call times and carers for the next week printed out and posted to her. It is very reassuring.

As I said, I can’t thank you enough. You are BRILLIANT.
