Bluebird Care Bournemouth & Poole launches its brand new initiative to promote Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Actively promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is central to the company values at Bluebird Care Bournemouth & Poole.

Elias Cruz is the EDI Champion and leads the initiatives to actively promote all areas of inclusion across the Bluebird Care Team. He also creates opportunities to raise awareness of the Bluebird Care approach to EDI with customers receiving their service, and the wider community as a whole. 

'The Culture Club' is the newset EDI initiative which every memebr of the Bluebnird Care team is invited to participate in.  The purpose is to promote the values of Equality and Diversity across the team, and to actively engage people from all backgrounds, cultures, faiths and beliefs to celebrate their differences, educate themselves, and to create a warm and welcoming community where people can be themselves.

The club is hosted monthly, and has been an instant hit with the team. People have said that they "enjoy sharing stories and experiences with each other" and that they "have learned so much already about their colleagues".
