Bluebird Care Annual Team Awards 2022

The Bluebird Care Annual Awards are an opportunity to recognise the brilliance of the team. Customers and Employees were invited to nominate the Bluebird Care team members who had made a difference them personally, or who they knew had done something exceptional to make a real difference to someone's life. The 5 categories were:

1. Bluebird Brilliance - the winner was Teresa
2. Act of Kindness - the winner was Krisztina
3. Office Team Member of the Year - the winner was Betty
4. Newcomer to Care - the winner was Stacey
5. Bluebird Care Buddy - the winner was Kristina

Celebrating the occasion together, Melanie Cohen, Director of Bluebird Care Bournemouth & Poole took the opportunity to show her gratitude to her team:

"We know, without doubt, that the strength of the team is in each individual member, and we are grateful every day that each of you chose us. So today, together, we celebrate some of those successes. We share the heart-warming comments received for the nominees, and the winners of each category. Congratulations to all the nominees, and of course the winners. But also, to all our unsung heroes, who give their best every day.”
