Suresh & Sue are delighted to announce addition of the Bluebird Care (Birmingham North) branch to their existing territory Birmingham East. Suresh and Sue have been part of the Bluebird group for 3 years having run their Birmingham East office which adjoins the Birmingham North territory. The areas Birmingham North covers are Sutton Coldfield, Minworth, Castle Vale, Erdington, Perry Beeches, Kingstanding, Newtown and Handsworth Wood.

  In the last 3 years  time, the Birmingham East Branch have developed a domiciliary care company with the ethos of working locally; providing care for local people by local people. The office strives hard for excellence in care and have invested heavily in all technology to enable safer, more responsive care for all they care for. The office is passionate about regulation, accountability and transparency. Birmingham East office will operate both the branches Birmingham East and North from a common location. All carers are, and will continue to be, monitored; spot checked and have on-going training which is prerequisite of their contract of employment. In addition, they aim to provide the best working conditions available whilst paying above the living age for all care workers.

  Both Bluebird Care (Birmingham East) and Bluebird Care (Birmingham North) will be operating PASS system. It is a revolutionary new approach to Home Care harnessing the power of mobile technology. Care Assistants follow digital Care Plans using their mobile phones and information about the care that they are delivering – for instance care notes and medication records – is transmitted back to the office and Customer family in real-time. This means that we are better positioned to make informed decisions, take quicker action where required, and are able to offer a safer, more robust, more consistent service as a result. By combining Homecare expertise with mobile app capability, Bluebird Care strives to be the vanguard of change in the industry, continuously improving operations to empower our Care Assistants to deliver excellence in care.
