Yet another memorable day at the office, we had “Bring your Children to Work day”. Bringing employees’ children into work for a day is great for engagement of the staff and enjoyment for the children.
Yet another memorable day at the office, we had “Bring your Children to Work day”. Bringing employees’ children into work for a day is great for engagement of the staff and enjoyment for the children.Firms already offering Bring your Child to Work (BYCTW) days include Deutsche Bank, confused.com and Google. Since 2012, Canary Wharf-based asset management firm Northern Trust has also been on this list, we at Bluebird Care Birmingham East had the great pleasure to organise the event on 10th August 2017.
8 children aged 6-13 were brought in by their moms. Care for families is part of Bluebird Care Birmingham East, and BYCTW is used to reinforce the strong emphasis we want to place on work/life balance. We very clearly want to create the feeling that staff can combine having a career with having kids too
The Kids had a great day with some games. Lunch was provided as part of the event. Along with the Kids the staffs also participated in few of the games and enjoyed the day
The children's verdict - All children had a lot to talk about the event even after they had reached home.
