Starting June off the right way...

We have started June off on a wonderful compliment from one of our Care Assistants...

We are nearly half way through 2020 already (Where does the time go?). Today we recieved the above compliment from a member of our Care Assistant Team, and it has put a smile across all our faces!

We sometimes find that when we take new members of staff on, they may of had a poor experience with another company beforehand, so they are understandably anxious about starting with another company. If they are willing to make that leap of faith, we ensure that all Care Assistant's feel supported and listened to, from the start of the recruitment process, to induction, to passing their probation. We support our staff as they support our customers!

This compliment is amazing, as this Carer was intially working for another company for several years, however she started to recognise that she wasn't feeling the happiness she should feel after her shift. Since working for us, she is able to go home happy, which she says has even gone as far to improve her family life and her peace of mind.
