Thankful for our Carers

We love receiving compliments from our customers, but we also love getting them from our carers too! Georgia sent us this lovely message...

Compliments... most of us love being the recipient of one every now and then. As a care company we love recieving as many as possible as it proves we are doing a good job and we are supporting everyone appropriately. and when we have carers show their appreciation, that makes us even happier.

Our carer Georgia sent our Care Manager a lovely message via Whatsapp and we absolutely had to share with you. We are so proud of our team and all the work they put in to each other and our customers, that is really does make the long days and the challenges we have to overcome so worth it.

Covid-19 has made some of our carers worried and scared, which is completely understandable and we have been there to provide them with the support they need, and we have been able to supply them all with as much PPE as they need to do their job and more. We have been going above and beyond for our customers and we will always extend this to our carers too.

We absolutely love their compassion and dedication, so if they are out there caring for our customers, the least we can is support them and care for them too.
