Compliment received by post!

We received a lovely card through the post and when we read what was inside, it was even more lovely!

We have been caring for Nancy for a number of years now and we have a lovely relationship with her family members, consistently conversing to ensure Nancy has all the care she needs.

Since Covid-19 began and a lockdown was enforced, Nancy's family have been unable to visit her, as they wish to prevent the possibility of Nancy contracting Coronvirus as much as possible - which we are sure many understand. We have started visiting Nancy more regularly and providing her with the extra assistance she needs now her family are unable to visit, she has been enjoying afternoons spent crafting, assisting with household chores and making her dinner (and of course, some pudding!)

The card we recieved was from one of Nancy's grandaughters, and we are so pleased that we are able to assist Nancy during this period of time and provide her family with some comfort while they are unable to visit her.
