Bluebird Care offer a Carers Centre Coffee Morning for people who care for their loved ones
We had our first coffee morning at the Carers' Centre last week on Thursday, which we will continue to host once a month.
Lizzie, one of our Carer's, gave this wonderful review:
Today I went to the coffee morning at the BANES Carer's Centre, we are hosting this to provide information and support for our customers carers, which may be their wife, husband, son, daughter, grandchild etc.
These people have committed their lives to help their loved ones and may not be aware of what's out there to help them. These coffee mornings could benefit them by getting out of the house for a few hours to talk about their concerns and to listen to other people who are in a similar situation.
We discussed things such as funding, specific illnesses and extra care services including day trips and even holidays!
This is a chance for people to get together and for them to know they are not alone✨

Some people may need a little more encouragement than others, if you know of anyone that cares for someone that you think would enjoy our monthly coffee morning, please do mention this to them - as this is not just for our Bluebird Customers.
We want to encourage everyone that cares for a loved one that they are not alone and are welcome to come and join us for a cup of tea, a couple of biscuits and some support! ❤️
