Launch of the Tadley Hearts and Minds Cafe

The Tadley Hearts and Minds Cafe is being launched on Thursday 21st May (to coincide with Dementia Action week) at Pamber Health Memorial Hall and will run on the last Thursday of the month thereafter. All welcome for dementia friendly activities, local artists, craftmakers and musicians. Access professional advice and support, meet new people and make new friends!

Education Enabler Case Study

Bluebird Care's Education Enablers support children and young people who aren't able to attend school regularly and for whom group alternative provision is unsuitable.

We provide a range of home and live-in care services for older people, adults with a physical or learning disabilty and children in the home, classroom and in the local community. We specialise in dementia care and end of life care and care for people with a wide range of medical conditions.
