Senior Leadership Team
Phil, John, Charlotte and Kim
Phil and John started Bluebird Care in Newbury and Basingstoke in 2007. Since then they have expanded their home care business to include the whole of Basingstoke & Deane and Hart & Rushmoor in addition to West Berkshire. Charlotte joined in 2010 and Kim in 2012 both starting as Care Experts before progressing through a variety of roles to being part of the senior leadership team and jointly responsible for day to day operations.

Lucy looks after all things digital and design, adding a creative flair to our local customer and care expert events whilst Charlotte is responsible for all of our customer invoicing and credit control and is likely to be the voice on the end of the phone when you make a payment.
