We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in August.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over three days on the 14th, 17th and 18th August and we are happy to say that we received an overall ‘good’ performance rating. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers and staff members, for example:

One staff member said:
Their training is really fantastic, and so many things they have taught us.”
A couple of our customers and their relatives said:

I am very happy with their care. The carers are really great people.”
Staff became close to my father and made him very comfortable and happy. He thought they were angels.”
They are just so good to my [relative]. They are fantastic, really good. The carers are brilliant.”
Director of Bluebird Care Barking & Dagenham, Anneka Hammond, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day, and we would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
