Our new Care Manager goes out into the field!

 Our new care manager Christine Lovell has been out of the office recently to take some care calls, which has helped her better understand the needs of our clients.

Our new care manager Christine Lovell has been out of the office recently to take some care calls, which has helped her better understand the needs of our clients.

Christine fully believes that the best way to understand the bespoke individual needs of our clients, and the skills sets required of our care assistants, is to actually get out of the office and do some care calls!

This morning starting at 7.45 am Chris completed a few care calls, and will also be doing some over the weekend to support our dedicated team of care assistants.
