Debra, 54, has worked in care roles locally in Hampshire since 1984. In her 10 years as a care worker at Bluebird Care Petersfield she has contributed to the growth of the company which has seen its network expand to almost 200 offices across the UK, with staff now delivering almost 20,000 home care visits every day.
