We recently interviewed for a new Supervisor for Bluebird Care Petersfield.
We recently interviewed for a new Supervisor for Bluebird Care Petersfield.
Apart from an hour long panel interview the candidate had to do a presentation on the following subject:
“How would you ensure that the clients receive a quality service and how would you evidence this to CQC”
I am pleased to say that the position has been offered to and accepted by Kirsty Merrick
Kirsty states:
I have my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and I am passionate in supporting people with Dementia and taking a lead role in ensuring that we are providing a high quality care and support service to all our clients. I will chair the Bluebird Care Quality Action Group which focuses on quality improvements in our service delivery."
