On 5 November 2014 we held our First Quality Action Group, the aim of the group is to look at continually improving service delivery for all our clients and become an employer of choice for all our staff members.

Our Mission Statement is:

To strive to continually improve our service delivery model for all our clients by ensuring we have a well-trained motivated workforce providing quality in all aspects of care and support.

The group consists of staff members operating in different positions within our team, but every position is just as important as each other’s and requires a certain skills set.

Quality Action Group Members are:

Amy Blomjous Care Worker who will be the Quality Action Group Chairperson

Noemi Reed Care Worker

Patricia Taylor Care Worker

Kirsty Merrick Supervisor

Robert Fielder Business Manager

Lots of ideals were shared at the meeting; our ethos is to ensure we provide care to our clients to the same standard that we would expect for ourselves and our loved ones.

The group is going to meet on a monthly basis to ensure that Bluebird Care Petersfield is always looking at improving our service to clients and staff.
