Every year, when we send out our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, we enter the names of all those who respond by a certain date into a prize draw with the chance to win a luxury Waitrose Christmas Hamper!   

Alun said that what he likes best about our service is that we are “always prompt, pleasant and polite.”
