Domiciliary Care FAQS

On your initial meeting with a member of our Care Service Specialists, you will discuss what type of care you need and what times would be suit you around your lifestyle. The team will do their upmost to ensure your timings are met and will give notice if at any time these need to change.

We offer many services to fit the needs of an individual and we tailor each of our care plans as we know no two individuals have the same needs. We offer services such as companionship, medication calls, domestic and personal calls and if need nutritional and hydration calls.

The time of all visits will be dependent on the individual’s needs, for example if you are due to take medication at a certain time, then we will ensure a carer if there to assist within that time frame. If, for any reason you need to adjust the time of your visit, please do give our team at least four weeks’ notice to ensure these changes can be made.

While our team makes best effort to ensure carers that visit you or a loved one are kept the same on a day-to-day basis, unfortunately there will be times where carers are off sick or on holiday and we will need to have a different carer.

All our carers have full driving license which have been checked upon their employment to us alongside all insurance documentation and a MOT Certificate. This way we can ensure that if you need assist getting out and about, are team can help.

Our visits can vary from 30 minutes upwards. Our team will work with you to work out visit times that best suit you. This can range and is all dependent on what you need/want.
