As one of our dedicated Care Supervisors, Lynn oversees many of our live-in care packages, ensuring each customer receives the personalised support they need to continue living safely and happily at home. But for Lynn, exceptional dementia care goes far beyond organising care plans or carrying out reviews. It's about seeing the person behind the diagnosis.

Whether she's supporting a customer through moments of confusion, helping them hold onto familiar routines, or reassuring worried family members, Lynn approaches every situation with remarkable compassion and understanding. She knows that living with dementia can bring uncertainty, and she works tirelessly to create calm, build trust and help every individual feel safe and respected.

Lynn has been by a genuine passion for dementia care, completing her NVQ Level 4 in Advanced Dementia in her own time. By investing time into her own knowledge, she can make an even greater difference to the people she supports.
