Congratulations to Abby who is September's 'Care Assistant of the Month' at Bluebird Care Wiltshire South.

Abby was nominated by our Supervisor Rayna Read and our Care Mentor & Coach Kara Gibson.

Rayna nominated Abby due to her growing confidence within her role as a care assistant, her ability to take on any feedback and work on the recommendations, as well as her flexibility in covering care where needed and her commitment to her role whilst dealing with her own personal issues.

To add to this, Kara felt Abby deserved this nomination as there has been nothing but praise for Abby from her customers and the progress she has made into a confident and competent care assistant has been brilliant.
