Bluebird Care Waltham Forest were shortlisted and highly commended for several awards across 2022.

Home Care Awards 2022

The team were shortlisted for the Home Care Awards Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic category. The team were shortlisted due to the innovative strategies used to protect the customers and staff during the pandemic. The Care Manager and supervisors worked tirelessly delivering PPE to all of the Care Assistants after their office working hours to keep everyone safe. 

Bluebird Care Awards 

Care Supervisor Terri, was shortlisted for the Team Member of the Year at the Bluebird Care Awards. Terri stands out from the rest as she is diligent when it comes to her work and strives to do the best she can each and every day.  She often works late and over her availability to make sure all Care Assistants and customers have exactly what they need. 

WAGS Awards

Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards. The Director Anoop, was shortlisted for a Corporate Leader Award. Anoop has transformed Bluebird Care Waltham Forest since taking over and is growing the business exponentially to continue being the Leading home care provider in the Waltham Forest borough. 

The Great British Care Awards

Registered Care Manager, Tansy was Highly Commended at the Great British Care Awards for the Registered Manager of the Year Category in the London region. Tansy had only been Registered for a couple of months and recently took over another Bluebird Care branch before the awards. The judges were very impressed with Tansy, ‘Tansy is a very driven person and makes sure service users and staff are safe. She always leads by example.  This was particularly evident during the pandemic when carers would struggle to go to service user’s Tansy stepped up and delivered care herself.’
